In 2024, we launched our largest, smartest farm and freezing facility yet.

Spanning more than 237,500 square feet in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Amatelas includes state-of-the-art flash-freezing equipment powered by adjacent solar fields, allowing us to freeze berries within hours of harvest using techniques inspired by Egyptian preservation methods.

Our facility features advanced growing levels, precision robotics, and industrial flash-freezing systems that preserve berry quality at -18°C. It's not just the future of agriculture; it's the future of premium frozen fruit.
